Personalising the card is only one process in issuing cards to customers. Finished cards are usually required to be attached to a personalised letter (or carrier) before being folded, inserted into an envelope and posted. Our Datacard Bureau equipment has and automatic matching and merging process to ensure that every card is sent to the right customer. We can also insert a number of different stationary items or marketing material into each envelope.
