Datacard are the world leaders in the manufacture and supply of high speed end to end plastic card personalisation equipment. Cards card be embossed and tipped, encoded on the magnetic stripe and chip, the card mailer personalised with the card holder details and address, the card automatically matched and affixed to the card mailer, the card mailer inserted to a window envelope with multiple further inserts inserted to the envelope, the envelope is then sealed and is ready for postage. All of these functions are carried out in one pass through the machine. Speeds of up 1,500 cards per hour are available on the MX6000 with higher volumes available on the Maxys .

CCS also provide a range of Datacard software applications to manage plastic card bureau production and to control the application of card holder data onto the magnetic stripe and the smart chip on standard Bank Credit/Debit card
