Card Design and Supply

CCS have a team of designers who can help create the corporate image you are looking for. We can supply any number of cards and will always deliver your cards on time.

Embossing and encoding

CCS employs current generation embossing and encoding systems to ensure a high quality finish. For higher volume applications, we can combine traditional embossing and encoding techniques with thermal printing, graphics and chip card encoding. You have a choice of colours and encoding to choose from.

Thermal Printing

Thermal printing techniques are used to print logos and /or text on plastic cards. The advantages of using thermal printing techniques is that there are no restrictions on font selection and that graphics can be introduced. Talk to one of our staff for more information on this process.

Chip Card Encoding

CCS can encode a variety of chips into your card to ensure a high personalization service. We have worked with the majority of current chip types on the market but the most commonw would be magnetic stripe encoding.

Fulfillment

Personalising the card is only one process in issuing cards to customers. Finished cards are usually required to be attached to a personalised letter (or carrier) before being folded, inserted into an envelope and posted. Our bureau employs a mixture of manual and automatic matching and merging processes to ensure that every card is sent to the right customer. ID Cards

CCS are able to process high volume secure ID cards. Photo imaging full colour printing, indent printing and magnetic strip encoding ensure we are able to confidently fulfil your ID card requirements. We are able to incorporate the following personalisation techniques.
